To adjust into a healthy lifestyle that is easy to maintain with or without working out. Each person will attended 2-3 COMMIT Dance Fitness or other dance fitness classes a week. Plus 1 non-dance fitness workout a week. Have a meal plan designed to their life that will be easy for them to follow.
