Sculpt is is a dynamic, high-energy class inspired by COMMIT, designed to shape and tone your entire body. This class utilizes dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises to build muscular endurance while incorporating cardio to maximize calorie burn. In our Sculpt tracks, we focus on targeting the entire body through isolations and compound movements. |
